How long can I safely burn my candle at one time?

What are your wax melts made from?

Each 75g bag is filled with individually formed wax pebbles made from a clean-burning coconut and rapeseed wax blend. Use as much or as little as you need in your wax burner.
How often should I change the wax?

Change the wax after every 16 hours of burning to keep your warmer performing well and your fragrance fresh.

Can I place the diffuser directly on any surface?

No. Always place it on a protective mat, tray, or coaster — accidental spillage can damage furniture and other surfaces.
How often should I flip the reeds?

Every 3–4 days. Flipping the reeds refreshes the scent throw by exposing a new, oil-saturated end to the air.
Where should I use my diffuser?

 Only in well-ventilated areas, to allow the fragrance to circulate safely and prevent oil vapors from concentrating in an enclosed space.
Is the diffuser liquid dangerous?

 The liquid is flammable, so keep it away from open flames, heat sources, and sparks at all times.
What should I do if the oil gets on my skin?

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after any contact with the oil.
Is it safe to keep around pets or children?
